Would you like a Health MOT?

The Health MOT is a calm, exploratory session that looks at your whole picture—constitution, lifestyle, and patterns seen in the iris—so we can prioritise simple, nature-led steps for support. It’s educational guidance rather than medical diagnosis.

What happens

  1. Listening first — we explore your story, current concerns, and goals.

  2. Iris observation (iridology) — non-invasive photographs help us consider patterns that may guide lifestyle and herbal support.

  3. Terrain & lifestyle review — nutrition, rest, pacing, time in nature, and gentle practices like breathwork.

  4. Next steps — clear, seasonal suggestions; if appropriate, a simple herbal approach.

Iridology is a traditional assessment tool. It does not diagnose disease or replace medical care.

What the Health MOT is

  • A way to explore patterns and priorities for your wellbeing.

  • A starting point for supportive, practical changes you can make right away.

  • A gentle introduction to my approach to herbal and nature-based care.

What the Health MOT is not

  • Not a medical test or diagnosis.

  • Not a guarantee of results.

  • Not a substitute for consulting your GP or specialist about medical concerns.

This visual is of an expanded iris, showing the fibres, the colarette and the pupil - all of which give Sarah information about your health.

How iridology informs our plan

Traditional iridology suggests that certain colours, fibres and markings in the iris may correspond with areas that could benefit from care—for example, extra nourishment, relaxation, or digestive support. These observations are interpretive and educational; we use them to prioritise supportive actions, not to label conditions.

Outcomes people often notice

  • A clearer sense of priorities and where to begin.

  • Practical, seasonal steps (food, rest, simple rituals outdoors).

  • A calmer pace and a plan that feels manageable.

  • Where suitable, a simple herbal direction to explore.

Who it’s for

  • You prefer root-cause, nature-centred support.

  • You like small, steady changes over quick fixes.

  • You want guidance that respects your body’s pace and season.

Who it’s not for

  • You need urgent or diagnostic medical care.

  • You’re seeking a medical diagnosis or prescriptive treatment plan.

  • You want immediate outcomes over a gentle, longer-view approach.

Register your interest and tell me a little about yourself. I open limited places a few times a year and will be in touch if it’s a good fit for the next intake.
