The Healing Sequence

Rather than asking,
“How do we suppress this symptom?”
we ask,
“What changed first?”

Healing begins by identifying the first loss of regulation.

From there, we follow a clear sequence:

• Stabilise nervous system regulation
• Restore elimination and flow
• Support tissue repair
• Strengthen resilience
• Target remaining symptoms precisely and minimally

When the sequence is correct, the body reorganises more naturally. Symptoms soften. Energy stabilises. Reactivity reduces.

Why Time Matters

Chronic patterns develop gradually.

Digestive instability, inflammatory conditions, hormonal disruption and stress-related symptoms rarely appear overnight. They accumulate as regulation weakens.

Healing therefore requires order — and time.

I call the six-month programme The Deep Reset - and it allows us to complete the core healing sequence.
An annual programme allows us to consolidate stability and build lasting resilience.

It is about completing the healing process properly.
